Hello, K-Culture and Entertainment enthusiasts! Today, I'm excited to introduce the restaurants of the chefs who gained attention through the hit Netflix series "Black and White Chef." For those who have watched this program, you know just how entertaining it is! It's amazing to realize that a cooking battle can be filled with so much tension. Especially the "Black Spoon" chef I'm introducing today, a Triple Star Chef, truly leaves a lasting impression. So, shall we embark on a journey into the world of "Black and White Chef's" Black Spoon, the Triple Star?
Did you feel the charisma of the Triple Star in "Black and White Chef"? He captivates many with his quiet yet firm cooking philosophy. His nickname "Triple Star" isn't just a fancy title; it symbolizes his experience in a Michelin 3-star restaurant, which is quite remarkable! Moreover, he has experience working in Judge An Sung-jae's restaurant! Throughout the competition, he showcased a variety of tofu dishes with a calm demeanor, making it all the way to the semifinals. I can vividly recall his impressive creativity and skills displayed in the Infinite Hell Tofu dish.
You must be curious about the restaurant's location, right? "Trid" is located at 16, Seolleung-ro 162-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It is situated on the 2nd floor of the building. Unfortunately, there is no designated parking space available when you visit. But don’t worry! You can enjoy valet parking services in front of the nearby Bar Ticent, making your visit more convenient. This thoughtful arrangement will surely allow for a more relaxed experience when you stop by.
Naturally, you are most curious about the dishes he presents, right? At "Trid," you can experience the unique flavors of the Triple Star. During lunch, a Lunch Tasting Course is offered at the price of 120,000 KRW. For dinner, you can enjoy a more diverse Dinner Tasting Course priced at 200,000 KRW. While these prices may seem a bit extravagant, tasting his dishes will undoubtedly make you appreciate their true value.
Today, I introduced you to the Triple Star Chef from "Black and White Chef" and his restaurant, "Trid." I hope you get the chance to experience his culinary philosophy and flavors as well. If you do visit, please share your impressions! I’ll return with more exciting stories from K-Culture in the next post. Stay healthy, and have a delicious day!
